Well said Bronco1973.  I have learned all I know about the oil E&P industry from being a TECO shareholder so I continue to learn and that could take a lifetime.  The oil E&P business is complex and consists of every science known to mankind.  I am a Sr Mechanical Engineer by title and trade so I can understand some of the mechanics and controls and equipment that it takes to drill but the science and complete drilling  process is voodoo to me.  Maybe as some have implied I should not have invested in an industry that I was not a subject matter expert in.  Though know matter how much oil E&P subject matter expertise a TECO shareholder had when investing or has learned along the way;  they are probably in the red due to the some of the facts you mention in your post I'm responding to.  I remain patient though frustrated.
