AS GESI WAITS FOR ITS PERMITS , the following look to be involved and needed for the go ahead construction of the modular gasification plant according to my DD.
- Development permit
- Building permit
- Commercial Mechanical Permits - gas, heating and ventilation, plumbing, sewer and water
- Electrical Permits
- ......... ?
ISL Engineering and Land Services were engaged as of April 26. It's all being churned as we speak but I believe it's hard to put a timeline against all of this.
That's why investing at the current pps is a gift knowing what's coming and before the cork comes of the bottle !
EXCELLENT LONG / MID / SHORT term investment !
