$WPNV We will be watching the shorts again all week as they were again flagged with a SHO REG (unable to again find shares to cover their large short position.) – http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/WPNV/short-sales . Shorts can manipulate and use stalling tactics but we all know what will happen
