Through all the issues, TORQ managed to avoid infringing upon Verizon patents and Sprint/Nextel. The Federal Appeals court nailed VONAGE on 7 Patent Infringements. Since 2009 almost 450Million has been paid out to them by Vonage. They are seeking relief any way they can. TORQ was an "LLc" and had no information out there. 17 Million /yr in Revs would certainly attract a review from the Verizon and Sprint Legal Eagles.
That is strong motivation.
