Here's a little more NXHZ DD from Balamidas............. As I've been mentioning for the last few weeks, NXHZ could be a monster. GLTA

NXHZ MONSTER DD $$ NXHZ to DOLLARS READY WHY >>

NXHZ is way bigger than just a reverse MERGER play

the 100 million Acquisition is the top of the iceberg

http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=57440424

those claims will need a processing facility behind them

and the Regional uranium news is huge, back in April 2013 Energy Fuels announced the approval of its planned Uranium Processing Facility. The first processing facility in the area for thirty years.

http://mining.state.co.us/SiteCollectionDocum...Mining.pdf

Energy Fuels is America's largest conventional uranium producer, supplying approximately 25% of the uranium produced in the U.S. The company is also a significant producer of vanadium. Energy Fuels operates the White Mesa Mill, which is the only conventional uranium mill currently operating in the U.S. The mill is capable of processing 2,000 tons per day of uranium ore. Energy Fuels has projects located throughout the Western U.S., including producing mines and mineral properties in various stages of permitting and development.

Energy Fuels has a major project for area and it is happening NOW

LAST MONTH Energy fuels has acquired Strathmore Minerals Corp. (STM:TSX; STHJF:OTCQX) in an all-share deal worth about $30M !!

The acquisition eliminates Strathmore's need to build a mill, potentially making the Roca Honda project much more economic.

the key element in this acquisition is :The acquisition eliminates Strathmore's need to build a mill, potentially making the Roca Honda project much more economic.

regarding NXHZ, the way i see it from what is happening in the area : we will see 2 major NEWS On NXHZ

the first one will be a reverse merger (acquiring the 100 million $ claims mentioned in the PR) and another NEWS about a major DEAL (JV probably)with Energy Fuels to be able to Process those acquired uranium claims

Energy fuels processing facility in the area was a major start for a chain of reaction events in the area making more economic and profitable many URANIUM claims in the area thus the 100 million claims mentioned in the NXHZ PR

NXHZ will have the food and Energy Fuels has the kitchen to cook it

there is BIG MONEY financing all this project thus the fund mentioned by many here

KEPCO is Energy Fuels' (and Strathmore's) largest shareholder and is supporting Energy Fuels' acquisition of Strathmore (as announced last week)

those guys are HUGE money $$$

NXHZ is part of a BIG DESIGNED PROJECT for the area by those major funds ( for their location in the heart of this area and also probably to Jeff connections to the big money i mentioned above )

the Uranium processing facility in the area near NXHZ to be acquired claims is a game changer for NXHZ claims

being part of this project is huge for a co like NXHZ who will own a 100 million $ claims and don't have to spend money to build a mill !!

this exactly where you understand what the ceo meant when he said that in the PR: ""Being involved in an industry turn-around in the area will be rewarding way beyond simply making money for our shareholders."

this what will drive NXHZ price very high ,it will be a company with major income and little cost !!!

URANIUM is the next BIG TREND of stocks this year in the US

AND THE AMAZING PART IT IS STARTING /HEATING NOW !

>>

LAST WEEK MANY URANIUM PLAYS WENT CRAZY !!!I MEAN CRAZY >>>

The shareholders of two uranium stocks in particular enjoyed quite spectacular elevator rides up in recent weeks: USEC Inc. (USU) has gone from $2.96 on July 8th to closing at $29.02 yesterday, rising almost 900% in just three weeks

URRE from 2.50 to 5.50 in the last 5 days of july!!

the URANIUM SECTOR is heating big time now

the URANIUM sector is exploding and will explode more soon >>>

from a report last Friday of a senior analyst in big fund

It's all about Japan. Japanese restarts should provide a psychological boost. Fukushima really ended the last uranium bull run and reactor restarts will likely get that going once again. Once Japan moves forward, the rest of the world will start to catch up on the uranium purchases they've been deferring.

Investors are likely to return at that point. Utilities will also have to return to term contracting as they do have significant unmet uranium requirements over the next four or five years. There are more reactors planned or proposed now than ever before, and we are seeing contract awards for construction of reactors, like in Turkey for example, and the UK reaffirmed its commitment to nuclear only a few months ago. We continue to forecast a supply/demand deficit by the end of 2014. By 2020, we expect about 240 Mlb of demand to be offset by only ~200 Mlb of total supply, including secondary supplies.

The U.S. imports about 90% of its uranium, yet we still have significant recoverable deposits.

Things are moving forward on the permitting front in the U.S., which remains the largest uranium consumer in the world with the largest reactor fleet. It produced only about 4.1 Mlb last year, which was about a 4% increase from the prior year. We'd expect that number to increase to perhaps 4.5–5 Mlb this year. Cameco is by far the largest producer in the country and plans to increase production at both its Smith Ranch-Highland plant in Wyoming and its Crow Butte plant in Nebraska. We expect combined production to improve from 1.9 Mlb last year to about 2.6 Mlb this year. That should offset some production losses from, say, Uranium One, which decided not to develop any more well fields at its Willow Creek in-situ recovery (ISR) project in Wyoming.

NXHZ is going to be part of this major Uranium rebound

so imagine what would a low floater like NXHZ do when they will announce their Reverse merger Uranium deal

we could run to dollar land fast

as we played Marijuana stocks this year as stocks in the trend we will play URANIUM stocks and NXHZ will be among the leader ones
in the field

the URANIUM MARKET EXPLOSION has started LAST WEEK as you can see it on many URANIUM STOCKS !! being in a Co poised to be a big player in the URANIUM sector is very promising $$

SMART MONEY are buying URANIUM plays now as the URANIUM sector rebound is Happening now

Imagine what will happen to a low floater like NXHZ when they will announce their NEW DIRECTION through a reverse Merger

the TIMING CANNOT BE BETTER

dollarland for NXHZ once the market will get the picture here

and they will get it with the upcoming reverse merger /JV deal
