the A/S is 2 Billion, the O/S is roughly 1.98 Billion. Just look for any post by 1-eye-jack, he has been in constant contact with the TA and posted all pertinent info.
Dont let any of the bashers at ihub talk to you about the proposed increased in A/S. Its not approved and wont be for at least 20+ days.
