I've never seen this much permit delay for a pre-existing use w no competing uses and no organized opposition in a business friendly jurisdiction-neither has SIRG- thus SIRGS frustration and attempt to use tailing piles until the BLM/water permits etc are done
SIRG needs to show short and long term money substantial permit progress is being made
since the short term was due to rollover in July, its unlikely funding for additional permit processes contracted w CDM Smith as per June 4 PR came from short term money -so where did it come from?
If it came from long term investor thats a good sign he's hanging in there and may supplant the short term financing
I dont need to extrapolate negative scenarios because shorters stay up all night inventing them and thus we've already heard them
