Great read,    Maybe they are talking to DUTV.    If I recall, barns and noble where not able to be profitable anymore or compete in the ebook department  aganist apple and amazon pricing and they where looking at some other Tech to get into Tablets or something but they where getting out of e books.

Or maybe it was the kindle fire they where going to see about adding newer Technology to.
