Nice work there chessmite,   I should have finished reading your post before I went   Geeeeeeeeeez came out,  What I read I cant find.  But it  was the UK  was  going to let  and allow the spectrum to be devided among other IPTV Telecom companies farily.  And it was pretty current.  Okay now thats funny ,  ITS ALL CURRENT GLOBAL ANYONE.
