Given that the application for the Min Science has yet to be submitted, the likelihood of it being approved before Hema is next to not at all.

The first approval should be Hema with perhaps one or two more from the source Hem to follow soon after. It is plausible that Min and at least one of the latter are considered/approved simultaneously given the types of treatments they are.
