I agree with you on the uncertainty and issues relating to the divy, merger and AS. But it's all about the risk vs reward. With the resumes of KA and JB I feel the risk is definitely worth the reward. I believe we will see the reason for AS increase in the next few PRs, my guess is its for more acquisitions, although why do that before the reverse meger into Medical Greens? The divy will come, but AEGY is def dropping the ball on that.
