Well when the CEO decides to put his PRs out at a respectable hour we will see buy pressure. Otherwise it just seems intentional. Almost like he wants the takeover to take place. Mr. Bigg calling a pump and dump and most agree. Most will wait for morning PR or a pump to grab shares.
