agreed TRT...It's not just ISCUm either - it's Twitter - you can' only say so much - people on Twitter are now also being held responsible - this "I can say whaever I feel like it's a free world" does NOT work when you have malicious intent - each and every time it's been a losing battle for that in the legal system. You cannot intentionally spread things about people that are not  true - and in today's legal world, posting in poublic forums is the same as telling others about someone with malicoius intent - I already have been looking at it.

I'm sure when the SEC looks at my holdings and my net worth and sees how long I've had my stock - I'll have to pass them tissues to wipe their eyes as they half choke to death with laughter...Poor guys...

As far as walking - I'm past 5 minutes now actually - I'm back up to almost half hour in AM and half hr. in evening - I should be up to speed shortly - :>
