As Cool pedicted, we sailed right up to .04 and even nudged past a tad.  It should happen again, and pretty soon as news will dry up the sales and buyers are ready for reports of progress on improving revenues.  Plus, news from Belize and other parts could drive the pps up another 400% to 500%, or possibly more depending on what it entails.  Treaty management has been pretty quite, but I bet they are diligently working to make some more deals happen.  Get Ready!
