Yep.  This week's newslettter says a lot of what Treaty is doing and reveals what shareholders have in store for their investment opportunity.  If the sellers have no clue as to what is coming down for Treaty, then they will be the losers.  And unfortunately, for those who are selling at these prices, they will also be the losers as Treaty is in the midst of taking some huge steps forward.  Only time will tell, but one way for any investor to have an inkling is simply to see what has transpired over the past three or four months.  Recall that Treaty stated that they were changing their game plan around the first of the year.  While that took about three months to implement, since that time the company has been moving it forward for investors.  And there is more to come, a lot more.  Just the progress during the last three months have shown the results of their business renewal.  Yep, it's time to  Get Ready!
