The company (MMTE) is just one man, and a second in name only who work from a virtual office with nary a wash cloth in their name.  Have you ever tried to contact this other guy?  Does he even answer a phone?  Lieberman is a perfect example of a scam CEO --- never produced anything, but lined his pockets well.  Look at the companies William has run.  How is that merger between TTXP and MMTE coming?   Remember that story?  And when some tell you MMTE is buying MMTE's concessions, does it occur to anyone that these concession might be available because the boy wonder lost them all?
