Good Morning All.  The news this morning is great because it removes much of the uncertainty surrounding HIMR.  As the PR states, Lonnie Hayward held nearly all the Class C shares, so with the retirement of this class of shares, we can finally see real movement.  The up-coming shareholders conference call should clarify what HIMR intends to do, and how it will get there.
