We usually consider buys at the ask as a sign of confidence and a sell to a bidder as less confidence.  There are 1.2 milllion shares available to you on the ask right now at .0009.  Why are you not buying those to fulfill the rest of your previous order?   Are you just waiting for someone to get tired of holding and sell on the bid?

Again, I don't understand why anyone who thinks dollars are imminent would sit around and wait to buy.  There are super cheap shares available for sale right now.
