The registered share offering closed a couple months ago. you're a bit late to the party. people who were a part of this received a preferred share certificate. this certificate will allow those holding to cash it in once the company permits it. This is different from being a common shareholder. the company is going through restructuring so they need to redesign the share structure in order to relist the company on the higher board. this takes time and requires steps to be completed. we are waiting on registration being step 3 of 5.
