Trials are not in progress, OTCDoc. The protocols for the trial have been submitted to the FDA but the FDA hasn't yet accepted them until further clarification. Unless you know for a fact that BMSN is already treating patients for phase 1, which of course would be illegal since the FDA hasn't cleared it yet.
