Gitts, check out pumpanddumps.  They detailed all of William's legal troubles and scams.  It was pumpanddumps that came up with the 100 million dollar figure scammed from investors, so don't take my word for it.  I guess I could past it in a sticky on this board.

As for the R/S, that is from William Lieberman.  How big will it be?  According to Rocky it will be around 6,250 to 1 in order to get to his .75 cent per share figure.  MMTE investors will be completely wiped out.  This works out to roughly 160 shares remaining for every one million shares owned.  But don't worry, Lieberman will make out okay.  His shares will not be reduced at all.
