No Gitts.  Try to read before posting.  You have no definitive proof MMTE  owns anything at all.  Yet, you continue to say MMTE does.   Once again, try to read first before posting.  There must be a material gain to be made at someone else's expense.   Fraud is what you and your friends did when telling stories of mergers claimed to come directly from William Lieberman in private meetings with only one or two.  Show me proof William told this inside information.  Then, look at the liability.  The definition is really pretty simple.
