Sorry, that is wrong.  The debt conversions are aged debt.  The aged debt is free trading shares.  These are sold directly into the market at a huge discount.

Why  toxic financing is so bad.  It feeds on it self as it keeps bringing down the pps which lowers rate of conversion. Hence more and more shares to need to issued at a lower price.
