More cheating: JP Morgan Settles with FERC for 410 million

The markets are rigged from the big boards to the OTC. The sad thing is that I doubt that the SEC will ever do anything about the penny stock world. The only justice will be in the form of a group of investors with lead pipes and baseball bats waiting in the parking lot of VNDM.
