I just got really agitated that they would accuse you of lying when they obviously never even checked out your claim.  I was even more aggravated after I talked to the doctor myself and he told me the same things you mentioned he had said.  There are always negative and mean people out there.  No matter what you do you will never please them.  I think you go above and beyond to post there after the ill treatment you receive.  Keep up the great work and never let them get you down!
