still waiting on financials, sec reg statement, prospectus etc promised by last PR-the entire process was to be finished by now--  but these things always take longer than expected- esp at this pps--so maybe we are getting close. We should have all that info 2-3 or more weeks before the record date.

We know the reasons why the pps is undervalued relative to the inventory/equip etc- risk/reward, so when we escape the dtc games and acquire a much larger pool of potential buyers, pps and liquidity should increase significantly due to removal of restriction and known financials etc. And again when they uplist to OTCBB.
