These idiots think anyone working or owning a non-profit donates their time or something?  Hell, everyone gets paid .  Owner workers everyone, and whats left over is put back in the business.  There is a big incentive for people to start collectives.  A business is just plain lucky to stay slightly in the black anyway.  These buffoons are don't have a clue.
