Always a tough choice.We are pretty much in investor hell but one would be foolish to sell at these levels,and right before things get rolling.Ignore IGlows " there is no collectives that could afford to pay that much to SKTO. He completely ignores the grow side of the equation,and I guarantee that Harborside is
making more than $200 per year per member(22 million divided by 110,000 members ).I spent 400 $ there myself( through a friend) . They are selling their weed at top dollar, 40-55$ per eighth.The money needs to get reinvested into the collective( buying more medicine.)Right now almost none of the collectives grow all there own weed .It comes from unregistered sources (i.e. my friends)not associated with the collectives.No contract with the collectives, only deals in cash.Like it never happened. So only showing the revenue side of the equation is being a " huckster" for sure.I think everyone of us needs to bone up on all the MJ laws as they are always changing and will affect our dollars.I look for August to be huge.
