IMO the present run is directly and solely related to the recent somewhat cryptic announcement.  Chad is promising results, pass or fail, in approximately 30 to 45 days, (Sept 1 to 16), of 3rd party verification.  People, including me, feel the fact that this has to do with a stationary application, that the chances for success are enhanced.  IMO this is definitely a "place your bets" moment.  GLTA   -- HLNT!!
