They make a tremendous profit selling at these prices because they are issued shares at a huge discount. If you are given shares at a 50% discount, that means you can sell them in the market immediately and make a 100% profit.  These toxic financing companies could care less about trends, if the stock has the potential to go higher, etc. They can bring their shares to market, make a fat return, and get their cash back & are off to the next OTC company to offer up some toxic financing.

I'm so sick of watching Steve say "I haven't sold a single share". That is an all-out fabrication of the truth. He has sold many, many shares via toxic financing. When you see VERT on the top of the ask for days & days, this is the result of debt conversion.
