you are missing the point. It is not libel if it is in fact correct. Negative posts about JBI have been for the most part appropriate and correct. Good information generally.  Can anybody calculate the $$ saved by investors who read the negative posts and did not invest as a result of that? The opposite of damages is cost savings. I am borrowing that term from the construction world, where it is used to demonstrate good management on a project.
