GMND has recently entered into a venture with the Beach Haven Oil Terminal of Berwick, Pennsylvania.

The oil terminal is located on the Marcellus Shale, which is reported to have reserves of 500 trillion cubic feet

of natural gas and is the largest shale deposit in the USA. The terminal is located on the Susquehanna River.

The former 1300 mile Sunoco Eastern Seaboard pipeline had a hub at the site for many years.
