Gary Kouletas- President & CEO

Mr. Kouletas brings over 15 years of experience in the public marketplace and growing businesses. Mr. Kouletas has acted as a consultant for public companies, from raising capital to bringing them to current status with the SEC. He has sat on the board of publicly held companies and has served as president for the past four years of Hybred International. He demonstrates leadership and confidence in his endeavors to seek out growing markets in order to grow business.

Paul Stitzer, Board of Directors

Mr. Stitzer spent the majority of his career in the electronics industry. Mr. Stitzer initially acquired A & M Instrument, Inc. from Loral Corporation. As the chief executive officer and chairman of the Board of Directors, he built A & M into a leading supplier to the U.S. Government of analog meters for the military. A & M was acquired by Hawker Sidley, a British conglomerate, in 1986. Mr. Stitzer thereafter became an officer and director of Voltampere Corporation., a cutting edge power supply company, which was sold to Dynarad Corporation in 1991. Mr. Stitzer is presently residing in Boca Raton, Florida and continues to consult with various companies in the area of corporate finance.

Mr. Marshal Shichtman-Company Counsel

Mr. Shichtman is the sole owner of Marshal Shichtman & Associates, P.C. He is a native New Yorker, who received his undergraduate degree from Boston University, his law degree from Touro Law Centre, his MBA in finance from Long Island University, and his LLM (Master of Laws) in International Taxation and Offshore Financial Centers from St. Thomas Law School. Currently, Marshal serves on the Board of Directors of the Nassau County Bar Association and represents several not-for-profit companies pro bono. Mr. Shichtman is also a British solicitor licensed in England and Wales since 2009 with a current practicing certificate.
