Well I talked to both Scott Leonard and Duane Noble today via phone.  Bottom line about Inspetta is that they are moving forward and various people are always trying to get something for themselves by putting down companies.  The both of them are focused on completing the launch and the fact that a poster finds something about Inspetta on RipoffReport doesn't necessarily mean that the company is not on the up and up.  It is good to never completely trust anyone with regard to financial matters and the jury is still out until InkWay USA launches, products are shipped, and people are receiving payments.  Hopefully the launch happens and all the mistrust can get behind us.
