Yes Mayhem, I knew that.  In fact, when William was running Fox Petroleum (this is where the waste disposal started) William paid his father handsomely for equipment that was "loaned."  While at the same time he also issued his father a lot of shares for the same purpose.  In effect, William paid his father twice for the same service, and paid him extremely well.  By some reports, William's father was paid five times what the equipment and service was worth.
