Anywhere from 1-5 pennies similar to when Hannover House (HHSE) merged into the TDGI shell in late 2009 to early 2010, well prior to their name and symbol change. DUSS has significantly less shares outstanding and in the float then what TDGI had, is SEC reporting OTCQB and is trading about the same or slightly lower than where TDGI was before that merger was announced.
