I imagine license fees would be somewhat low, (what ISO.ITU....consider reasonable)....mayhap .10/month......(just spec on my part) and given current marketing direction to worldwide and underserved nations, (think Africa and etc)........market saturation at 75-85% of world population.........not even sure how many peeps are in the world, but China and India both have over a billion...........Smokin'!!
