(3). The defendants told me. Couldn't even think of that?

(4). A witness involved in the case told me.

(5). I and/or others have taken the time, for free, to prepare the cases then hand them gift wrapped with a bow on them to JBII.

(6). It doesn't take an intimate relationship to communicate with a plantiff and help them out when some idiot is doing harm against us both.

(7). Perhaps a third party who heard from any of the above in turn communicated it to me.

One thing for sure -- if I was "full of it" the parties I've named I'm sure would have denied it by now. And I wouldn't be able to post Ontario court records in 2-3 weeks.

Watch what happens. It's no secret many shareholders got together and organized. Perhaps we're planning a class action suit against these individuals as we'll? Just imagine the millions of dollars of damges we can claim because, for example, financing was done say 10% cheaper, and whales are ready to testify the libel caused it.
