I am hoping that every IPTV carrier will be using the technogies of DUTV. If they do, then the GURU could very well be correct - providing everyone utilizes the licenses of DUTV. Licensing is where the money is in this business - Everything is built and transfered via licensing in the Telcom / Data Industry. All better to maintain control of Data products.
