GOSY on the FTD list -  trying to sort out the facts and getting a little stymied here so here are some of the facts I've gathered.  What bothers me the most is that someone seems to be moving huge blocks of stock quickly while the company has publicly stated that it is focusing on marketing the technology to raise funds and NOT STOCK SALES.   Who's moving things around so quickly?

On July 15 zero GOSY short shares were reported to FINRA.

On July 18 GOSY trigered rule 4230

FINRA Rule 4320 defines threshold securities as any equity security of an issuer that is not an SEC reporting security and, for five consecutive settlement days, has:

- aggregate fails to deliver at a registered clearing agency of 10,000 shares or more; AND
- a reported last sale during normal market hours (9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., ET) for the security on that settlement day that would value the aggregate fail to deliver position at $50,000 or more.

The closing price on 7/18 was .0036.  $50,000 at .0036 would be 13.9 million shares.

That 13.9 million shares was not "delivered" for five days after GOSY hit the FTD list. 

The initial FTD would have had to have occurred on the 11th, I believe, which was before  ZERO shares were reported short on the 15th.

Between the 11th and the 24th (when the FTD went away)  3,801,200  shares were traded

The pink line in the chart above marks the 11th...    Note that lower indicators also started turning up on the 11th.
