Hi Hightech,   If we get a buyout the price we would get would be less,  if we stay a stand alone company our share price is better.

Alot to factor in of course, A buyout now we might get 1.05 per share,  DUTV along the way qurater after quarter of  revenues beatting 20 to 40 % share price is better right !!

Would you like to go a little deeper in this area.   maybe I dont get it, that a buyout is good.
