I will share one other interesting tidbit from Kgem and my phone conversation. I asked this person were they looking at acquiring other concessions-he sorta chuckled and said yes, they thought they were close to 2 that if they got them, the trees were of such value and the number of trees so great, that if they never got another concession they would have enough to harvest for a lifetime. Sure hope that can land them.
