the point is, if the Nice people next door have so few shares

And any Company has a R/S they will have 1 - 2 shares. if any --

So the idea is to have as many shares as possible before there is one.

( again Not Saying it is going to Happen With this Stock - Just chatting with people with a little less Knowledge,  to try and help the less fortunate. )

And they Still have No Clue about what this Stock is going to do..
