Just doin the math here. If the float was 450 all along and the OS was 900 mil then that would place this insiders holdings at a max of 450 million shares, considering these insiders hold the rest. Now the OS is 1.4 billion because of the merger which would mean these insiders need 300 million shares of the float? Does this make sense to anyone else?
