We fought for managements attention and got it. They can't let the PPS linger and go back to subpenny. Though they might not be able to control the specific PPS on a daily basis; they can effect market sentiment with progress and/or news with status of projects which hopefully indicates progress and IMO that effects buying or selling volume via market sentiment.
