1gumbi you are correct, Pluty's sticky can be removed (and it will be) if Pluty is removed as a moderator.  But as long as he is a moderator, the sticky will remain.

Pluty was burned on another stock (MMTE) where he lied to investors saying he had private and secrete meetings with the CEO, and was told of material events that would soon happen.  People invested and bought more based on his stories.  In the end, investors lost everything, and Pluty changed his alias from jkm1 to PLUTUS, hoping no one would ever find him or know who he was.
