SEC receives tons of complaints on a daily basis. I remember there was a huge campaign to shut down Hansen and many people complained to the SEC regarding the strange trading that would occur before some major news. It was believed insiders were tipping off others. The stock price was manipulated up from around a quarter, that's right, 25 cents to over $70.

And nothing ever happened to HANS (currently MNST)

The SEC should focus on these certain groups attempting to manipulate SKTO's price down.
