Let's face some facts - price per share is dropping but the volume is not HUGE. There is little interest in buying this stock right now

What we need, as a group, is more information on the "fast track" comment. Is it true? Is is a smoke screen to buy more time? How did they get this and why now? Is it because they going through the ny fsdo or some other fsdo? What is the likelihood of success?
