I tend to agree and echo those sentiments. Hopefully Texas can get up to speed quickly because based on all accounts, it could take a LONG time to get things going at a profitable rate there based on current operations (at no fault of Bull's obviously...TECO needs more resources to help). And Belize...with every day that passes, I lose more and more hope. "Soon" in Belize was supposed to happen for the last 3 weeks, and alas, nada. Oh well...status quo. (The only reason that I vent is because management reads these boards and needs to understand that they're doing a crap job).
