the deadline will be announced in a pr at some point. Whether we can actually get preferred shares depends on a couple things. I checked to see if a DTC was put on this stock and there doesn't seem to be one. So, with that being said, once we're pr'd then it's the right time to buy. if there is a DTC then only those holding shares prior too will be eligible for the conversion, since no buying or selling can happen if I'm not mistaken. kindly like ANDI.
